Seniye has improved workplaces such as Nike, The Gap, Gymboree, Stancorp Financial and Via Training.  Winner of several awards including Manager of the Year, Top Sales and Top Recruitment and Hiring, Seniye knows how to add to a company's bottom line.

Seniye has succeeded both internally and externally with a wide spectrum of organizations private and public, and varying in size and industry. She has worked with clients such as REI, Clark College, New York Cupcakes, Vestas Americas, Multnomah County Libraries, Oregon Child Development Coalition and Merrell.  She currently has an open contract with the Home Forward of Portland.  This experience means she gives her clients a broad perspective on successful practices. 

Seniye also provides career coaching, resume writing and career planning for individuals.  In addition, she serves as a career coach for clients at Dress for Success, where she lends her expertise to low-income women that are entering the job market.

Seniye is a talented professional with expertise in instructional design, facilitation and coaching.

What We Do

We focus on Creative Human Strategy.  In other words, we strategically develop your employees so that they are your competitve business advantage.  This starts with strategic, targeted recruitment plans.  It is supported with insightful job descriptions and competencies for success.  It continues with effective new employee orientations, mentoring programs and job training.

Productive employees continue to develop their skills with rookie training and management development programs coupled with soft skills training such as communication, generational and diversity training.  It can also mean reviewing role definition and stretch job assignments.  Another option is executive and management coaching.  In other words, we help people perform to their potential.

We also develop sales training and tools for successful business operations.   We are a catalyst for change, reengineering and performance improvement.
